We are a charitable foundation and are here to give back to the community. We give out funds to support growth in focused areas such as music enrichment, science development, and programs for needy kids.
In addition, we provide a platform for philanthropists to donate their money to a donor-advised-fund where they can make grant recommendations.

Our Ways of Giving
Phileoever is proud to give 100% accounting transparency and 0% overhead to all our donors. Donors can view online all details about the foundation income and expenses. 100% of your donation goes to intended grantees and all grants will be vetted by the foundation to meet legal and IRS requirements. You can send money to the General Fund or create a donor account with more than $100K of balance!
Yu-Ping Cheng (程宇平)
Founder
Yu-Ping Cheng was an engineer, company chief executive officer, and entrepreneur. He has worked for IBM and eight smaller companies during his 42 years of living in the Silicon Valley. Two of his companies were able to offer public stock (IPO) while others weren't. Having retired, he enjoys singing in two local choirs while promoting performing artists. He also spends time in investment management.
Theresa Liu Chen (劉滌宜)
Co-Founder
Theresa Chen is an accomplished scientist and teacher who has worked at various institutions including Stanford University, Genentech, Inc., Abbott Labs and Notre Dame De Namur University. After retirement, she serves as a science consultant, volunteers as a member of Human Relations Commission for the City of Palo Alto and as an exercise trainer. She often gives talks about health-and health-policy related topics at churches and senior communities. She is a devoted Christian.
Jane Chan (詹雅媜)
CEO
Jane Chan has worked for Symbol and Motorola for more than 20 years, and was an accomplished high-tech management leader. She began enjoying her early retirement life almost 3 years ago, and have found ways to translate her private sector accomplishment to benefit in public service. Jane loves to give back and look for ways to serve the community. She loves life, and enjoys singing and partying with friends. She also likes to enjoy a fine glass of Californian wine.
